cake review: turkish indulgence secret recipe


i just ate this brand new turkish indulgence@ secret recipe..... thanks to hubby yang mendapatkan hanya dlm tempoh 30 minit... i tak paksa ok... hubby yg tak kerja beriya-iya hantar ke opis.... :)

when i first saw the pic, i know this kind of cake must be full of texture... rasa dia far away from choc indulgence... but, if u ask me, i will say, i prefer choc indulgence la.

on the top, ada pistachio dengan topping coklat... 2nd layer, cream cheese, followed by choc cake n layer of choc cream... 

bottom dia pulak, ada coklat yg soooo rich with kacang (apa jenis ntah), a kind of jelly macam dalam coklat blackforest cadburry tu and marshmallow... honestly, this layer, i tak berapa berkenan sangat la... sooooooooo rich ok.... n layer ni jugak buatkan kek ni a bit sweet... bagi i, tak ubah macam makan coklat blackforest cadbury je..

i rasa, ni je la sekali i makan turkish indulgence ni.. lepas ni i prefer choc indulgence, tiramisu or cheeze choc je la kot...

disebabkan texture yang terlalu banyak tu jugak, no wonder the price of this cake jugak mahal... RM10 for a slice n RM120 for the whole cake... walllah!!!!

nak rasa? cubalah!!

inilah rupa my first tiramisu beberapa bulan lalu.... dan semalam, bila bukak kitchen kabinet, ada sekotak lagi  pittsburgh cake mix yg dah nak expired... so, terpikir utk buat kek yang sama lagi..

last time, cream cheese brand tatura tu macam tak berapa nk best sangat... so, this time nk guna Philladelphia Cream Cheese... 

last time juga, i took 3 hours nk membaking tiramisu ni... 3 kali pegi lari tidokan zikri, sudahnya, whipping cream i pun tak menjadi...

so, this time nak membuat tiramisu dgn jayanya....
